Algeria is major importer of Russian millitary equipment and crashed plane was russian made IL 78. I smell major provocation. Somebody wants to exclude Russia from selling their military equipment.

This is not how we do things.

Algerian pilots are well trained and are absolutely capable to crash themselves without outside help.
