They never really disarmed. We did. (Fuck Obama) Around 7300 which is what makes this so scary. The US military hardware is superior, they can’t beat it conventionaly. I could have sworn I read that from a link on here a few days ago. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 60752442 Yes, they do. It's a retrofitted old Russian one (same as the Admiral Kuznetzov), named the Liaoning. They will likely fly J-15's off of it. ”The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.” ~Plato, The Republic "There used to be this idea that when the government no longer served the People, that the People would replace the government. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 57948125 Do you think for one minute they would reveal to the world their advancement after what the Reagan admin did to Russia ? One thing we know they have got is plenty of Uranium thanks to Hillary. Underestimating Russia will be a fatal mistake. We're not underestimating Russia. Russians are formidable fighters and have the ability to wage a preservation war successfully. What's taking place in Syria, however, is not a preservation war. They're in over their head and playing geopolitics with something they do not understand. To be fair, the US doesn't quite understand it, either - but the Russians are attempting to step into a role not meant for them - and they are paying dearly for their hubris - a hubris that can only be understood if one is in the Position to Know. Putin, in fact, should know better given his background - but he won't let it go. And now, he's just going to learn something that Hitler, Napoleon, the Shah, Qaddafi, and the little emperor of japan learned - the hard way. Oh shut the hell up you keyboard warrior. . . |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1297793 Russia has the most land of any country on Earth, they just wnat to protect their motherland from the pirates of the seas. Resources are invested consequently, such as unstoppable antiship missiles. |
