They are able to make decisions that have to do with their OWN will. Man can also impose his will on others in a physical sense, such as a murder. Then, sometimes in a spiritual sense such as in a cult. A human exercises free will during the physical life span. Then, they are forever subject to God's will. God's will, in an eternal sense, is that those humans who love and choose to spend eternity with Him get to. The ones who hate Him do not. God's will for the outcome of his creation, the planet earth, will also be done. This does not negate human free will. Man, with sin, will ALWAYS destroy himself. God knows this. God sees the end from the beginning and exists outside of time. He has seen the end of the physical earth and knows what each human "wills" before they will it. God is telling you exactly how it happens. Does God exercise His will on earth today? Of course. But God will never force a human to love Him. |
