War or NOt?
With so much sabre rattling and posturing going on in the last few days are we at a point that something must happen? There has to be a winner and loser, no way this just goes away.

How can Trump not strike now without it being a huge embarrassment for him? How can Putin not respond for the same reason?

Re: War or NOt?
If you think about it, a little dust up in Syria will give countries a chance to test more advanced weapons in a limited theater. It's "safe" to do a limited exchange there in Syria. An excellent opportunity to do a trial run.

Yes, I know about the oil and what it's really about.

But before some gigantic war, all sides would take advantage of an opportunity to test the waters.

You speak the opposite of Truth.

The entangling alliances surrounding the Syria conflict, make the idea of a "limited engagement" an exercise in hope.

Bolton will go after Iran eventually.

The only thing in question, is the timing.

Of course there is going to be a bigger war. That is obvious.

That does not mean that this is going to happen right now. There could be a few 'dust ups' prior to the big war.

Could it happen with this stuff going on now? Of course, there is always that potential. But it also may not be "the big one" right now.

We just have to wait and see what happens.
