Putin never invades Nato countries.
Putin only invades countries with small military's that arent in Nato.
There is a very good reason why so many countries are trying to apply to Nato to become a member.
Because they know if they are in Nato Putin wont invade them.
Putin is terrified of Nato.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17136584 No, the deal is that NATO would never attack Russia with a NATO member state because Russia would steamroll it and that would set off a chain reaction of the rest of the NATO sates being obligated to bail it out. They want no part of that.
Instead NATO uses its little quasi NATO puppet states on Russia's border like Georgia for instance to pick at Russia to get a reaction. This is great for NATO because while NATO urged Georgia to take on Russia, and then Russia stomped its guts out, NATO can sit back and say "big bad old Russia - what a bunch of warmongers!" and they have no obligation to protect the little country they just bent over.
Or they use little wannabe NATO states to set their missiles in. They are never going to put any sort of ABM system in any real NATO country, they are all scared to death of that proposition but they are more than happy to have romania or poland get crushed,
Same deal with UK and the fake revolution they kicked off there - Russia crushed it, NATO didn't have to get its guts stomped out but can bitch about it until the end of time.
It is all a pointless game of empire. The planners think Russia is in the same state it was 1991. They are totally out of touch with reality.
