And the squirrels were too busy laughing to give you a hard time. "Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don't need it and hell, where they already have it." Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68566969 The population has almost tripled since the 1950s. There is a housing crisis. I have real money and I'll struggle to afford a decent area. That street you rode on now had 20 kids. What you don't understand is all these Ghetto rats whose grandmas bought houses in gentrified areas are now millionaires on paper. They take out home equity loans, and viola. A house in Compton or other not so great area of LA, is 600k and up. Their kids don't ride trikes they buy them a mini Mercedes. |

I had chores and came home at sundown. Nobody cared because there wasn’t a group of people constantly shaming parents for raising their children to be responsible. Now maybe 7 is young but that just in Western culture. Do a mission trip and watch 5 years olds walk 3 miles both ways to carry a bucket of water for they family to have river water for drinking. I have to say we can raise our kids to be coddled babies that fear growing up so much they call it “adulting”. As a parent of a millennial that serves in the Army and now raising whatever they are going to call kids born after 2007 I’m not raising them to be beat babies. However, my 10 years old wears an Apple Watch so i can geo locate her ALWAYS! She also doesn’t have access to social media and because Apple Watches paired to my phone I know everything. Free range kid but this mama hen always knows where her little chick is! Plus she’s learning Krav Maga and taking her 1st NRA class in 2 weeks. I pity the fool that messes with my babies! |
