The Trans Pacific Partnership, he shelved it, said it was bad for America, and now he's for it. He's flipping on what he's said in the past, incl. Syria. Deep State Puppet embracing and recirculating the swamp is the only thing to notice in his admin, is how he replaces anyone with someone else swampier.
