The way I see things is not an issue if World War III will start. IT HAS ALREADY STARTED.

What we are seeing now is a proxy wars. The United States and Russia are using satellite states to test each other.
For years I have followed military movements and until 2016 Russia was constantly invading the territorial space of other countries.
Why were they doing this?

If you can see the future and you see a war, how is it possible to conclude you could stop it? If you could stop it how could you see a war in the first place?

If you can see the future you see events that have happened, just like the past, nothing you could do about it.

Yes that is correct as per the nexus magazine article. The communication was made through this device from 19994 to 1999 and then, supposedly, after some y2k programming went live they could not sustain communication anymore..

I don't think this is what 'me tel u' is about. Its not necessarily past and future communicating, but parallel timelines that would merge at one given point which they called the 'Fuse Year'.

Apparently these two timelines began communicating once we started using CERN/LHC technology to breach dimensions and then the merge procces was accelerated.
