Dear OP, thanks SO MUCH. We dont have a debit or access to paying pal things, so it always made me sad not to "be a paying customer", because I have a sleep disorder and am up till 4 am or so.I dont know what I would do with out GLP and I consider it my other family. The same with Art, I couldnt wait to hear his opening music, even at 1:00 am. and I called in and always got thru. Bless you for your generosity.

Hey, your own creativity got you that upgrade--you
earned it!

I've also got sleep disorders--have had since I was
a little kid--just our "wiring" I guess. And, just like
you the Art Bell show was a beautiful relief in the
wee morning hours. GLP is family, for sure! Love this
place (even when it stinks!)

It was a tough choice for the upgrade award, Pixie.
You were the definite "runner-up" if American Elder
didn't accept the upgrade.

Please keep trying--I'll run another caption contest
next month (as usual!) and we'll see what you come up
with for May if you still need the upgrade.

Appreciate your wonderful creative ideas. It just adds
so much more to the threads.

Thank you for your kind words. Honestly, I just like trying to come up with something funny or clever. As I'm not a "computer geek", utilizing a possible up grade would sure be a challenge. Chuckles to herself, thank you once again.

I think an upgrade would be fun for someone like you
because you can make your very own smilies.

I made one today that was really fun--your paint program
on your computer can do this easily, don't need a fancy
photoshop program--and it's a fun way to pass the time.

Got the caption idea from a thread that was posted today.
I just google "images" and add whatever the theme is and
there's tons of pictures to choose from. So for this one
I just typed in "Images dresser drawers" and this one was
one of the selections. Saved it to my "paint" program and
added the caption with the paint programs "alpha" choice.
My computer is way way old compared to some others so if
you are posting on GLP your computer is probably newer
than mine is! I think this one is around 2010 or so -- hs
a Pentium 4 level in it.
