...This is also true. So, when you harm someone, you are also harming yourself. And conversely, when you help someone, you are also helping yourself. Its all good. Bottom line is that we are very powerful beings and have created an image, ourselves because of our ego. Why we all 'appear' to have problems with this one, that one, wars, killings, etc. The root of all problems is one: We have created an illusion of separation from God. Gotta go!!
