I agree that all seeming problems continue to affect one's mind and heart- except I do find the nature shows (Attenborough) very peaceful viewing and spiritually fulfilling.. I did look for answers for decades and finally had the ultimate spiritual experience of self-realization. It was an experience of pure BLISS and it came about after meditation on THE I AM THAT I AM exercise. To take this step inward to feeling and seeking the divine essence in your inner being is the answer to all of this third-dimensional outer distraction. Thanks for correcting the typos. And yes, there appear to be many 'ways/methods' to achieving peace, which is after all, what the end to all the different means are. The good thing, is that because the goal is assured, then all roads lead to Rome and are in fact, "self correcting" as if you do not self correct, it wont matter, as you will not be around long enough anyway, the continual stress load place upon you will cause you to "quit," either voluntarily or involuntarily.
