I made biscuits and gravy last week, bagels over the weekend, we have pizza every Friday... bagel recipe I got off a different website 5 ingredient bagels..super easy had the crunch and texture of a regular bagel. I use full fat dressing on my salads now, eat veggies cooked in cream or butter... I also do intermittent fasting: I only eat between 12PM-8PM every day. I was 199lbs in October...170lbs this morning, with increased muscle tone. Keto diet feels much better than diets I've tried before. I'd recommend anyone give it a try. Lot of bacon, avocado, and water, lol. Also coffee with half and half. Thanks for sharing the recipes and good luck to all! I let my body tell me when to fast, I never force it or plan it. I know exactly when my body is in autophagy too, I feel high like I am on some speed, I can't stop, no hunger, I focus and organize and clean my house like crazy. fasting creates a similar effect like the rave drugs xtacy, dmt I think it's called. totally natural that our body does this. I do it for the high! lol if you don't know what autophagy is, it's when the digetstive system shuts down, the body stops using energy from there and kicks into fat burning mode. this is how people lose loose skin from a lot of weight loss, the body self cannibalizes and that skin shrinks after most fat loss. I used to be so sad thinking about my hungry ancestors starving. Being hungry was one of my biggest fears, I've never felt it and never want to. I can go over 24 hours without food and not feel hungry, that's my longest fast. It's not good for women to fast longer because of hormones, that's what I've heard. I can't fast longer than that anyways naturally. I won't let myself feel any discomfort with this woe. |

I also cut the claws off the paws and I bring them to boil. Once it starts boiled I dump the first batch of water and then bring to boil again and let it simmer. Chick feet are a guaranteed to give no fail gel broth after just a couple hours. I don't like to use vegetables for flavor, so I just use a vegeta seasoning. This is after being refrigerated. I don't know about freezing it, I just drink the batch I make in a few days and I don't reuse the chicken feet because they are so cheap. I used to make this with rice. I use half a bag of frozen spinach with a whole chopped onion in butter on the stove top. When it's heated up I crack some eggs on top, put the lid on and turn the stove off and let those cook in the steam. I season with salt and pepper, it's good with feta cheese on the side. feta cheese is good with everything btw. :ketospinach: |

I always make this when there is some leftover meat but not enough for a meal, usually chicken. I put in broccoli, chicken and cilantro. the broth is already seasoned with vegeta. looks like I put some carrots in there too, that's very high in sugar but I probably needed to use them up from my kids lunches. :ketosoup1: |

Really happy for her because for the first time in her life she feels Great about herself , She continues to work out 5 days a week , work , go to school ( She’s furthering her nursing degree) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... she fully understands it is a lifestyle change she must adhere to for the rest of her life . 90% of Disease can be reversed via diet! I prep close to 2 dozen eggs every week, I even peel them after cooling in an ice water bath. Deviled eggs hit the spot when you start getting tired of eggs. I thought this was Canadian bacon but it tasted like ham so I was like fuck that and never bought it again. I love these breakfast sausages, i make those about once a month. and of course avocado. sometimes I have super hungry days and the only food that will fill me up is 2 avocado's and a bunch of sour cream. :basicketo: |

It's high in omega 3 with flax and 1 sheet is 2 servings. My husband likes to eat burrito's with them sometimes, i think its 4 or 5 grams of carb for 1/2 a sheet. I like to make chips with it, I just brush olive oil on them, cut up with a pizza cutter and put in the oven on 350. Keep an eye on them because they will burn after a few minutes. The mashed cauli is like comfort food and that's a sugar free bbq sauce, walden farms makes but I like the other kind, G.
