Double Taco User ID: 76483688 Guam 04/17/2018 09:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Stevita Monkfruit in the Raw and hey lo in halo top ice cream that I’m dying to try. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75467421 I tried stevia and it tastes artificial to me. I just didn't even bother with spending more on the monkfruit. If you are worried about insulin spikes, that's why most people look for alternatives, liquid splenda doesn't spike insulin, I have that too and use it sometimes with my splenda packets. As long as I don't use it daily, I don't, I don't drink soda's either but occasionally I will get some diet root beer. I think it's ok in small quantities and not a regular menu item. I heard halo sucks and the carbs aren't lower than bryers sugar free, and I think bryers taste better. I have some in my freezer, been in there for months, i don't crave sweet often. Stevita is stevia perfected, here’s a link: [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] Monkfruit is the orange packs. These cost a bit more and UK taxing sugar soda helps drive innovation. |

My only experience with keto is my buddy, who's done every diet I've heard of and has zero results. Quoting: Roobit Nice looking food, though. it helps people lose weight but for me it's also to keep health problems away like diabetes. I want to be proactive and not wait for something like that to happen first. I'd rather it not happen at all and I like the way keto makes me feel, satiated. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 72939162 United States 04/17/2018 10:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | all the pictures and recipes I'm posting here are mine. If you have any of your own please share them. Quoting: sluttina ketogenic is a low carb high fat woe (way of eating), typically no grain carbs but I like to have a low carb tortilla every now and then. food prep is very important and bacon is a staple. I fry at least 3 pounds every 2 weeks. I've tried so many methods on how to keep the splatter at bay, baking frying, I was always getting a huge mess until I saw one of these on the internet, a splatter guard. :splatterguard: It comes in 10 inch and 12 inch, I haven't tried it yet I was just seeing how it fits on a 12 inch pan. I ordered it directly from China at aliexpress and it's way cheaper than going through a middle man, 1/3 of the price, I paid $10. waiting for bacon pic to upload, the easiest method I found was to chop up the bacon into bits and it's just the way everyone likes it. I tried Keto about six months ago for about a month, didn’t lose much weight though. My main problem is I can’t eat.. zero hunger. I drank the bullet proof coffee and could fast for 3 days at a time. Lost about five pds and felt like shit. Anyone else have this problem? |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 76464639 United States 04/17/2018 10:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | here is my stir fry recipe. broccoli slaw and sardines stir fry. It tasted just like something Thai. I sauted some freshly ground ginger in some olive oil on medium low heat, I added almost half a bag of broccoli slaw and a can of rinsed boneless skinless sardines (so it's not super salty). I wanted to mix some wasabi with soy sauce (I don't do soy sauce often) but it was spoiled so I had to do without it. I put some soy sauce, a couple splashes of rice vinegar and garlic powder and tossed until a little soft. I topped it with fresh chopped cilantro and a wedge of lime squeezed. Tasted so much better than I was expecting! I love thai flavors and had this a few times. :stir fri: |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 76464639 United States 04/17/2018 10:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | bone broth, I use chicken feet. the yellow film is usually off but that needs to be peeled. I also cut the claws off the paws and I bring them to boil. Once it starts boiled I dump the first batch of water and then bring to boil again and let it simmer. Chick feet are a guaranteed to give no fail gel broth after just a couple hours. I don't like to use vegetables for flavor, so I just use a vegeta seasoning. This is after being refrigerated. I don't know about freezing it, I just drink the batch I make in a few days and I don't reuse the chicken feet because they are so cheap. :bonebroth: |

And sweet splatter guard lol Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75186122 Keto has legitimately shaved me and my family. you're welcome! that splatter guard is must in a keto household! I bake my bacon on a cookie sheet and it comes out perfect every time. BTW, I've lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks on keto. I initially lost 70 pounds on a keto diet two and a half years ago and I'm just doing a tuneup to shed holiday indiscretions plus to move my target weight down another 5 pounds. Energy is through the roof. Focus is amazing. I barely feel hunger and not much in the way of cravings. Keto test strips from your local pharmacy are a must, as you'll need to confirm you're in keto--it's easy to slip out without knowing. I can induce ketosis in 24 hours, now that I know how. Thanks for the recipes--Have fun. |
