I've been on a Keto diet since October. I also do intermittent fasting: I only eat between 12PM-8PM every day. I run about a 500 calorie deficit daily and have one refeed day every two weeks to keep leptin levels right.
I was 199lbs in October...170lbs this morning, with increased muscle tone. Keto diet feels much better than diets I've tried before. I'd recommend anyone give it a try.
Lot of bacon, avocado, and water, lol. Also coffee with half and half.
