It’s free information for those who want verification from doctors who put their patients on this diet and the doctors eat this way. Offers recipes based on how many carbs you want to take in, from just starting to maintenance..thiey originated in Sweden.
I use fitness pal only to monitor my daily carb intake, another free app, This is similar to Atkins, but they recommend staying away from the products because some ingredients are iffy-watch the sugar substitutes.
I made biscuits and gravy last week, bagels over the weekend, we have pizza every Friday... bagel recipe I got off a different website 5 ingredient bagels..super easy had the crunch and texture of a regular bagel.
I use full fat dressing on my salads now, eat veggies cooked in cream or butter...
I don’t miss anything....if you crave something you can find a recipe replacing the wheat and sugar...flavor is in fat, you don’t lack flavor.
