I've been on a Keto diet since October. I also do intermittent fasting: I only eat between 12PM-8PM every day.
I run about a 500 calorie deficit daily and have one refeed day every two weeks to keep leptin levels right.

I was 199lbs in October...170lbs this morning, with increased muscle tone. Keto diet feels much better than diets I've tried before. I'd recommend anyone give it a try.

Lot of bacon, avocado, and water, lol. Also coffee with half and half.

if you don't know what autophagy is, it's when the digetstive system shuts down, the body stops using energy from there and kicks into fat burning mode. this is how people lose loose skin from a lot of weight loss, the body self cannibalizes and that skin shrinks after most fat loss.

I used to be so sad thinking about my hungry ancestors starving. Being hungry was one of my biggest fears, I've never felt it and never want to. I can go over 24 hours without food and not feel hungry, that's my longest fast. It's not good for women to fast longer because of hormones, that's what I've heard. I can't fast longer than that anyways naturally. I won't let myself feel any discomfort with this woe.
