DOJ took LESS then 24hrs to act on Congresses recommendation. That's why McCabe's lawyer is doing damage control.

Thats also the kind of speed you can move at if you're already in possession of all the evidence you need to bring charges.

Where is the link on the DOJ's action on the congressional referral? I haven't seen any news on that other than congress submitted it. This is the IG's referral on McCabe, not Congress. And I haven't heard anything that says they have decided to prosecute. All I have heard is that they are considering it.

Memo's Comey writes shouldn't be taken as gospel truth. Comey has already lied "under oath" and his bias against the president is out there in his book and on the "shows" for all to see! So, using those memo's against the President will never fly. It could be flat out lies on those memos.

DOJ threw it in the trash, just like they did the one from mid-2017.
Congress has no authority to refer anyone for criminal prosecution.
It was no more than a strongly worded letter in reality and fact.
