Communists David Hogg and Sister Lauren Hogg Milk Parkland Tragedy With New Fiction Book Deal

Anyone who is a big fan of the Second Amendment has become well acquainted — whether they wanted to be or not — with Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg, a boisterous young fellow who has made a sizable name for himself by speaking passionately in favor of strict gun control laws.

Hogg has milked his fifteen minutes of fame by appearing on countless news networks, talk shows, and other media appearances, often spouting off inconsistent arguments and not giving accurate facts on the issue.

Well, if you hoped the kid’s time in the spotlight was fading any time soon, you’re going to be sorely disappointed.

Siblings David and Lauren Hogg are working on “#NEVERAGAIN: A New Generation Draws the Line.” Random House announced Wednesday that the book would come out June 5 and that the Hoggs were donating their proceeds to charity and community organizations.

The Hoggs and other students at the Parkland, Florida, school have become leading gun control advocates since the Feb. 14 tragedy that left 17 people dead.

Random House is calling the book “a moving portrait” of a new political movement. The publisher will make a donation to Everytown for Gun Safety, a nonprofit organization founded in 2014.

Hogg is taking his survivor status all the way to the bank, making lots and lots of money — in a very small period of time — off the tragic deaths of his fellow students, something that should be drawing the ire of parents in the community, yet strangely it seems many are silent.

What Hogg and his sister don’t realize — or maybe they just don’t care — is that the left is using them as emotional puppets to stir up support for their own agenda.

They are tools being used to press for gun control, a step-by-step approach to eventually doing away with the Second Amendment and opening up a path for more governmental oppression.

Kids should never be used as political pawns, yet both sides are guilty of doing just that from time to time. Let’s hope these two wise up before the left takes full advantage of them and leaves them in the dust.
