White guilt (WG) is a recent phenomenon. Not recent as in recently developed but recent in terms of recently becoming a major value system in the White American, liberal ranks. Black victimhood, however, has always been with us and kept in check until recently, that is until white guilt became a social norm among progressives (white liberals). The two are inseparable now, forming a symbiotic relationship. And they are engulfing every social issue in sight!

Personally, I think White guilt has done more damage than black victimhood to the moral fabric of America, though they run neck and neck. WG's influence is far-reaching as it empowers not only black victimhood but the victimology of all nonwhite classes, as well.
