I don't think I would say they are coming true yet. Let's see who goes next. Carter is the logical choice due to his age. If / when the declass comes, then all hell will break loose on both sides of the aisle. The window to disclose / declass will be over by the first week of January IMO. So he needs to get on with it or stop talking about it. Personally, I would drop it at 7:00PM Wednesday just after the funeral in DC for Bush Sr. Light travels faster than sound.
