Re: A study on the Seven Spirits of God
I thank you for your time and input! There are lots of interesting things about the construction of the Tabernacle and all the symbolic meanings interconnecting everything.

The lamp-stand represents the Seven Spirits of God as I pointed out with the many references to it in the Bible, particularity in Heaven. So, it is not only interesting, it directly relates to this "study."

However, if you disagree as to what this 7 lamp configuration represents can you provide Scripture referrals as to what the lamp-stand symbolizes (in your eyes) if not the Seven Spirits of God?

Thanks.

Oh, I agree with you on that! Sorry if that wasn't clear!

Oh, okay. I was not sure. Thanks for the clarification.

I spent a lot of time studying the Tabernacle. Still do at times.

One of the things that I love most about the Word of God is that there are so many layers to it that you can never say that you are finished studying. It will take an eternity to discover all that God is.

Yeah, Scripture is amazing in how you can study endlessly and yet seem to always to be instructed by the Spirit in new and wondrous ways.

Re: A study on the Seven Spirits of God
An understanding of the unity of the Spirit of Almighty Being, which while having demonstrably different aspects is also clearly only One Whole, can be glimpsed by seeking to observe the unified being of an individual matured tree. What part of the tree can one seperate from it and say to his brother without sparking incredulity, "Look, here in my hand is a tree"? The full being of the tree cannot be said to reside in any of its diverse parts after it has matured into the organism it is commonly recognized as being, the roots, the trunk, the branches, the twigs, the leaves, the bark, the heartwood: each one of these parts can only be called a tree when united together with the whole and yet very distinctly are of the tree.

However, there is a very special part of the tree (of which could be said is the purpose towards which the entire being of the tree constantly strives) that one could place in his hand and say that therein was indeed a whole tree: the seed. Wrapped up tightly in a single pinpick of individual being is the possibility of the complete unfurling of everything that is the tree in all its wondrous physical expression. It may appear that beacuse it has not matured into its physical organism it is not in fact the whole of the tree, but since the very purpose of all the tree's growth in the physical realm is to create and spread as many seeds as possible towards which is directed the entirety of its will, it's clear that it is thereby creating and spreading more of itself. In this can be seen a seeming paradox to the common perception of being: a forest of trees of a single species actually do not contain any individual source of being that seperates them from each other and all seeds from each tree contain the selfsame spiritual being and therefore are one thing although they are many individuals.

This is also the mystery of the eternal growing Kingdom of Heaven and the unity of the Church in Christ; how by being baptized with the Holy Spirit through the merciful salvation of Jesus Christ each individual grows and produces fruit which is identical to the original seed which died willingly to bring forth more of Himself.
