There is no treaty and there won't be for a LONG time, if ever. Old folks have seen this before. The photos of Kim Jong Un and Moon Jae-in look eerily familiar to past Korea summits [ link to www.businessinsider.com] And North Korea's Kim wants "total denuclearization" which will will mean: 1 US military forces out of South Korea. 2 North Korea and the USA both getting rid of their nuclear weapons. 3 A written promise in the treaty that the United States will never ever attack North Korea. 1 won't happen. 2 won't happen, the NORKs now this. 3 This. This was the point all along. They will also ask for a formal Peace treaty to end the Korean war. This what they asked for, for 25 year's. All talks ended, because we insisted he denuclearize first. They are coming to the table now, because the whole enchilada is on the table. Now things could fall apart. But this is the best chance in 3 generations to end the Korean war. I finally saw the sign I expected too see if the NORKs were being serious. This is being run in state media including denuclearization .
