Who created the "evil" men?

Which is it, you don't get to pick and choose only the things that support your beliefs. Oh wait, that's EXACTLY what happened when they created your Bible! GOD created everything! that does not mean man can't pervert it! But I thought God created everything. Which is it, you don't get to pick and choose only the things that support your beliefs According to freewill you can pick and choose anything you want! Christians follow THE TRUTH. Not your TRUTH!
