I stepped in puppy shit getting out of bed to answer the phone at 1:00 AM (in the days when the phone was attached to the wall).
Hopped to the other room with a heel full of crap and answered the phone with a very bitchy "WHA?T!!"
After a bit of hesitation a woman said "This is ___ from the Fairborn police department, there's an officer at your house with someone who ran into a car of yours parked in the road-----"
Ahhhh, the memories.

Then there's the cat who tried to get out the front door while I was reaching out to get the mail...
I put one foot up to block, but he looked like he was going to jump over so I jerked my leg higher causing some freaky back spasm, the likes of which I had never experienced before and never want to again.

I ended up lying in the driveway in excruciating pain and missed several days work recovering.

Then there was the time my mom go tripped by the cat while play/chasing the dog and broke her collar bone...

Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.
