Toothpaste without Fluoride to Re-enamel Teeth

Slightly off topic, but there was a recent thread here on 'oil pulling,' which, after only 3 days, does have a noticeable affect for me.

Vademecum brand toothpaste from Sweden makes a fluoride free version that I used for years until I couldn't get it again in Minneapolis (although Ingebretson's on Lake Street probably has it). Anyway I am sure it is easier to find Vademecum in Europe than it is in the US. My grandmother used it, that's why I used it. Definitely has a weird flavor. Also there are toothpastes from India that are sold in health food stores that I used to use too.

Don't you guys have European versions of the American "health food store" or "natural food store"? I would think they would import American brands like Nature's Gate, J.A.S.O.N, etc.

Use mag.chloride or citrate for strengthening teeth and clove powder for desinfection.

one thing america is way ahead of europe in, is health food stores and very light regulations on supplements in comparison to europe.

divinity, here in america there are giant stores that have like 6 isles of a million pill bottles shelf to shelf and all organic foods, the huge cheese and wine section is mostly European imports infact

and in those stores, theres like a whole shelf of flouride free toothpastes

If you can get the NutriBiotic look for the one with sanguinaria, its cavity protection.

you have 3 methods artificially, speed up the production of your teeth, change the rate of abrasion or make the tooth harder.

make your teeth soft, so they are easier to wear down. then get the teeth to grow faster.

teeth grow from the root up/down.

you cannot make anything adhere to the surface of the tooth, which becomes integral, there is no such thing as re-enameling.

or propolis toothpaste made in New Zealand you can get it around the world

I don't know, but here in US I use KissMyFace and Jasons' brands. I am pretty sure they sell both in the UK. If you can find these brands around you then from my 2 yr experience with using them... they work/no fluoride.

It forms a gummy layer over your teeth, preventing your own system from recalcifying your teeth. That's why I use the meditation method. 20 minutes a day thinking of white teeth, and my teeth are whiter than ever, and best of all it's completely natural.

I am not sure, but that old thread about pulling oil seemed to make my teeth a little lighter. I used safflower oil when swishing the oil. Yes, they were lighter, but it could have been psychological for me. No comparison chart picture.
