This is a Documentary, visually G-Rated although the subject matter discussed may be very triggering & deeply disturbing to some viewers. I find all of the hosts very believable. Some of the perps got jail sentences but not nearly enough time considering the extensiveness of their horrible crimes.

Summary:
Russian creator/salesmen of sickeningly violent pedo films in which children are severely mutilated and/or killed gets only 11 years in prison in England, and is then released. His 2 American associates are never caught. His victims were paid a small amount of $$ and were led to believe the violence was only faked.

Sorry I had to take a long break before watching the 2nd part of this film which takes place in Amsterdam which has open male and female brothels. Amsterdam does not allow underage prostitutes.
