A newborn baby girl was found dead in a woodland near Rochdale. The police say she was white but ethnicity tests show she may have some mixed race heritage. They don't say what race. Given what has gone on in Rochdale, it makes you go hmmmm. [ link to www.dailymail.co.uk]
