Russia has the latest uranium stockpile in the world, there is no limit imposed. They're "allowed" to have as much as they want. Maybe I'm wrong about that; I thought it was part of the NPT (amount of enrich-able uranium by treaty members), but I had forgotten that Russia withdrew from that in 2016. Seems like I heard it again recently on Levin, too. |
