If You Could Meet One GLPer IRL, Who Would It Be? And Why?

Like how many dogs and parrots are you talking about? It's been my experience that people with a shit ton of "pets" have issues. I'm not saying you have issues, however, that's a red flag for me.

Animals are wholly dependent on whoever has them. So from a psychological standpoint, it's a type of need to be in control of some form of abstract "love".

I'm the complete opposite, no animals, low chaos in my home. At least from my point of view, a home should be a place of "zen", relative peace from the bullshit outside those walls.

Thanks! Fortunately, I haven't been affected by it. It sure was smokey out for a while though!

3 dogs, but one is my son's and I'm just keeping him until my son gets a place he can have pets. 2 parrots, and they are well-behaved. My home is clean. There is no chaos. My animals are well-trained. I happen to love animals. That does not mean I am mentally ill.

I'd be more worried about the mental health of a person who didn't like animals, honestly.

Many GLPers would be fun to meet and hang out with, but I think I’d choose Ellemira for her excellent taste in (my) memes.

Picking one is so much tougher than I thought, so, I would love to meet the GLP family of the earthquake thread, so many truly awesome caring people in that thread.
