Whats the fascination with Transsexuals as of late?

It is something that most people can not comprehend the evil selfishness of transgendering innocent children pre-pubescent to further their aims. It is an abomination so evil that most will refuse to even entertain the idea of such a tradition exists in the upper echelon of power.
