And even when you rest your physical body with a few hours of sleep, on the other side you will continue to instruct yourself, to work, and to help humankind. This is what an initiate does in the night: his physical body lies motionless, but his spirit does not sleep. It remains active, travelling far and wide to help and enlighten other beings."
