Lol I can't believe so many here want to allow their ISP to charge them extra in order to visit "questionable" sites like GLP.

ISPs start charging for site access the site owners are forced to make memberships mandatory in order to keep the site up. Ads don't pay much when you've lost 3/4 or your normal viewership to ISP blackages.
