The US needs a new VOTING RIGHT ACT to prevent ILLEGALS, the DEAD and FELONS from voting...
... to combat massive voter fraud in states such as CA. The 1965 VRA was designed to combat attempts by DEMOCRATS to taint federal elections held within their states by disenfranchisement, intimidation, poll tax and fraud. DEMOCRATS are at it again, on a wholesale level but this time, instead of disenfranchisement it is by allowing the dead, felons and illegal aliens to vote. Attacking this massive and well organized fraud piecemeal is futile. There needs to be a new VRA that allows for federal oversight in such states that allows illegals to carry driver's licenses or that do not comply with simple standards that allow voter registration transparency. The federal oversight that the VRA of 1965 enabled in southern states, controlled by Democrats, lasted over 40 years until it was determined by SCOTUS that those same Democrats were using it to bring frivolous lawsuits against legal GOP redistricting efforts. Its time for a new VRA that ensures states like CA and IL are not tainting federal elections by allowing massive voter fraud within their states

In 1965, Congress determined that the existing federal anti-discrimination laws were not sufficient to overcome the resistance by state officials to enforcement of the 15th Amendment. The legislative hearings showed that the Department of Justice's efforts to eliminate discriminatory election practices by litigation on a case-by-case basis had been unsuccessful in opening up the registration process; as soon as one discriminatory practice or procedure was proven to be unconstitutional and enjoined, a new one would be substituted in its place and litigation would have to commence anew.

Every illegal vote is disenfranchisement of a vote by a legal US citizen and is therefore a violation of that citizen's civil rights.

Illegals should not get a vote because they do not have a stake in the well being of the country.

The dead should not get a vote because they no longer have a stake in the well being of the country. (Plus they have a bad habit of voting straight-ticket democrat)

But Felons? The USA is a techno-facist empire that imprisons the worlds largest population as a percentage. How many felons even have "victims"? In most crimes there is no victim, the state makes a rule, the rule gets broken and the state claims its the victim.

Felons have a stake in the well being of the country. They should be allowed to vote. I might change my mind if America had a better legal system, and I was certain that the only people labelled as "felons" were indeed really bad hombres...

Does it really matter when everyone votes for either of the pre selected tards that are pushed in their faces.

Tweeldle dumb or Tweeldle dumber it doesn't matter who wins when there's hand shoved up the Muppets ass in chief.

States already have processes by which felons can have their voting rights restored but it requires effort on the part of the felon so they usually don't bother. yes, they have a stake in the well being of the country but, A: As convicted felons have been found to be participating in the destruction of the country and B: Its well known that felons cannot vote so people worried about their ability to vote should not commit felonies. However, as it stands now, many times felons impersonate other people to vote fraudulently.
