Whether the pesky Russians did or did not interfere in th election, it ain't why Hilary lost and why Trump won.

Hilary lost because:

1) She took the votes of her own supporters for granted and didn't address their views/concerns properly.

2) She took the votes of those democrats who had not supported her bid to become the democrats' candidate for granted and didn't address their views/concerns properly.

3) She ignored the votes of all the floating voters and those who were thinking of voting for any 3rd party or candidate and didn't address their views/concernsat all.

4) I seem to remember that she refused to try and win the votes of any republican, including those who couldn't stand Trump, instead she insulted them all.

To this day she is so arrogant that she can't see that her loss is her fault, she can only blame everyone else.

Trump won because:

1) The US press had for 50 or more years been telling the US public that the 'American Dream' was to become rich and powerful, and as Trump is, the US public that voted for him though he was just 'Living the Dream'.

2) The US press, and others, had been pushing the idea that any help from the US government to people that need it including any sort of decent health service, is nothing but an evil commie plot, and the US public believed it.

3) The weird electoral college system.


Anyway, all those anti-trumpers who compain about Russian 'interference' (done in a very low-key, barely noticable manner), seem to have forgotten the huge amount of interfering done by the US (and Britain) in so many elections by fomenting revolutions and invasions etc.
