Monday 13 August 2018 The epidemiological situation of the Ebola Virus Disease dated August 12, 2018: • A total of 57 cases of haemorrhagic fever were reported in the region, of which 30 confirmed and 27 probable.
• 58 suspected cases are under investigation. • 5 new confirmed cases, including 1 in Mandima (Ituri) and 4 in Mabalako (all health care providers from the Mangina Reference Health Center) • 2 deaths of confirmed cases, including 1 in Mabalako and the confirmed case in Mandima (Ituri)
