Ok folks here's something to think about.

Q never said something is going to happen on May 23rd.

What actually happened was that Q "on purpose" let his password leak. That was something similar to "now c@mes the p@in--23".

Some anon then comments about this being related to May 23 and Q replies "I'd watch the news that day".

We know that Q plays games with dates. It's been stated by Q previously that some of these riddles are designed to throw off the Deep State, affect their timing, and hit them off stride. It happened as recently as last week, when Q managed to fool them into triggering a FF mass casualty event on Friday, shooting their wad too early, when the actual event they would have needed that distraction for is sometime this week. (He's made no bones about a certain amount of disinformation being an important part of his strategy.)

Could that coming event referenced by Q be May 23rd? Possibly. We also know that Q has used date references in the past countdown-style. Such as something happening five days from now being called out "Event coming -5". Notice in the "leaked" password, the 23 is preceded by a minus sign. Is that a clue?

It's possible Q was referencing "23 days from now" - has called out "timestamp" as being an important reference for deciphering cryptic messages previously.

"I'd watch the news that day."

No doubt Q watches the news every day. This sounds like a wink/nudge that he'd like it if the DS got their panties in a bunch on that day over nothing, when the real event is before or after that date.
