95% will not die, such imbeciles on this damned planet. Maybe 95% or less will become stupefied, zombiefied as high power microwaves will effect brain neurons and memory mimicking alzheimers or dementia
It will make the pharmaceutical corporation yet richer than it already is while the power elite will eliminate extremism that they otherwise create as people become unresponsive, docile drones... even more so than now.
The atmosphere will become even more dense and global warming will increase and adverse weather reactions will increase around the world.

But what does that matter, corporations are patting themselves on the back at global destruction because their wealth is mgnifyig beyond belief, their balance books look good.
