The bank was under authority of the laws and anybody giving the old dude cash would be liable for huge fines, prison and of course would be banned for life from the industry.

Notice that the cop agreed with the bank, but helping the old dude get an updated ID is what makes this story good. I never trust cops to do the right thing. They are tasked with enforcing the country's terrible, evil laws. Fix the damn laws!

The bank management and tellers were not at fault. As much as I despise the globalist banking system, this one branch and its employees are hardly evil. Cut them some slack.
