TSB banking disaster continues - people losing money 4 weeks after upgrade to banking system!!!!

A month ago TSB began a mammoth upgrade to their banking system. It was a disaster and has resulted in people now being exploited by crooks who are taking advantage of the situation.

The bank has continued to have issues over the past few weeks with many people losing money from their accounts.

This recently:

a fraud epidemic has broken out at the bank as crooks exploit the chaos and confusion caused by the doomed computer upgrade.

I feel this is a terrible warning of what could happen to all the banks if hackers get hold of the systems or if there are other upgrades which dont work out as planned.
