In my school district, two guys ran for the School Board as far left progressives. Defeated soundly.

The dim party has been taken over by the far left. However, most dim voters here in Texas are center or liberal. They are not excited by the far lefties that try to represent them. So, they stay home on election day.

The dim party will sink until the centrists take over again.

To be fair, the pubbies went too far right for a long time. DJT is a Populist with a lot of conservative ideas.

Contrast his tax cuts with his infrastructure rebuilding plans. Contrast his support of union workers with his pro-gun, anti-late term abortion stands.

DJT has defined a new center-right coalition.
