Yeah because she's trying to sell a product. It's easy to get shape your ass...dancing is probably the easiest way.

Nice!! and its true starts in the kitchen exactly i don't think anything ever sold like that has ever worked people are dumb and lazy Except that many people who have bought the BodyGym have called into qvc every time it comes up to let her know how much they like it, that it works for them and many of them get one for their elderly parents. The people on Amazon who purchased one also rate it high. Its not for everyone, but then neither is dancing
