THe woman in Hawaii who produced Obama's birth certificate was a member of this group, and also a friend of O's mother, both members of this small and tight group. THis same woman was the only fatality when an airplane crashed into shallow waters. She drowned. Name was Loretta Fuddy, and she died in 2013.
We know he lived in Indonesia, and there is a photograph of young O with this extended family.
The only reason I'm piping up today is that when I saw that photo in the OP, thought it was Obama, and had to do a double and triple-take to realize it was another guy. Last saw that picture some years ago, when Obama looked much younger, and didn't make that confusion. He is extraordinarily handsome, and the bone structure is most unusual. Obama was raised as a prince, in an extended family, much like the house of Saud.
This is a fitting conclusion to the search for Obama's identity. Stranger than we would have guessed, or could have, having so little understanding of the outside world. Americans are profoundly parochial, as Franklin D Roosevelt pointed out. He was talking about his own limitations and difficulty on the world stage because of this upbringing.

Obama was born in Hawaii but his mother was an unmarried teenager --so undoubtably his BC reads "(insert name) 'baby' Dunham".
That's why a BC had to be manufactured (a felony) that squared with his exotic story.
Obviously Frank hung around to groom young Obama's perspective but he sure did not want to claim paternity. The useful, already married, Kenyan U of Hawaii student Barack Obama Sr --one of the few resident blacks then--fit the bill and was probably paid for the honor.
