Diamonds are only precious because Debeers and the other two mining companies create artificial shortages and trick idiots into thinking they’re rare.
The diamond mining companies have literally tons of jewelry level diamonds. In reality they are worth a couple of bucks. Anyone who buys a diamond got had like a stupid beetch.
