Listen, in south central rural Kentucky, Mexicans run ads on Craigslist all the time and farmers hire a lot of Mexicans. You can sit at Lee's Famous Recipe in any farming town on any Friday night during the catfish buffet, when the place is full of white local farmers talking about their crop, and you will hear them agree with each other how hard a Mexican will work.

Just in my teeny-tiny narrow view of America, just driving down the road, you will often see groups of Mexicans working in the field. They also keep horse barns clean, but who is really going to make a video of any of that? The absence of evidence =/= evidence of absence.
