It should be strictly both parties voluntary choice and both have the same choice, not one has it and the other does not. If it does not work out the way it was hoped to, then one should have the freedom to divorce and no harm done unto them for it. No other party family or not, if both adults want to marry, no other person has the right to harm either one over their preference for each other. The marriages are more susceptible to last and be fitting unto the parties when it is what they both want. We either have freedom to live our adult lives our selves or we do not and do not is not acceptable. Children not even considered for such topics and do not qualify to be considered for such capture and bondage as that. Adults only, sane legal ages required. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |
