On one side he is mercilessly attacked for pardoning a first time offender who had been sentenced to life in prison and on the other he is attacked by the paranoid 'it's the juvvvvs' crowd. How can it hurt that Preident Trump pardoned a person who's only crime was greed, a crime committed by every single one of us, although maybe not to this degree for most of us?? The others involved in the sting were granted lesser sentences for cooperating and testifying against others. The situation was sort of messed up.

The punishment didn't fit the crime. She did 20 years and Trump decided that was enough and commuted the rest. Not a pardon.
