Lot of the country is just dumb as a bag of rocks especially when it comes to running the show and only wants free stuff. Very few want to see things straightened out for real, even if takes some pain to do it, which it will.

Even less of those very few are in positions of power where they could actually make even a small portion of that happen.

As of right now there is just as much chance of electing a majority of liberal progressives back into power as there is of getting any of the swamp cleared out at all.

We are fucked and moving past this mess isn't likely to involve any semblance of justice ever reaching these scumbags, sad but true.
