My wife and I met each other when we both least expected to meet someone. We weren't looking or dating - met at a friend's house having a get together. She was recovering from an abusive relationship and wasn't too fond of men (which is understandable if you know what she had been through). I was tired of women and their stupid head games heh.

Fast forward 12 years.. still married and have kids. We have had our moments/trials but she stuck with me during my hard times and I stuck with her during hers. We love each other a lot and are more grateful than ever that I have her in my life.

When you have someone who is your friend, your wife who loves you who has your back and is going to be there for you thick or thin its something truly money cannot buy. If i lost everything for some reason and had to live in a tent she would be right there with me still encouraging me.

Yes, she is a blessing from God and we have both been rewarded greatly by sticking it out together through the tough times.
