Did NOT mirandized him but placed him in cuffs ? The cop " school cop " was scared shirtless and confused as crap. Did not pay the kid down for weapons , explosives, had cuff keys , nothing , NADA.... who does that then asks him questions without it being admissible. A major WTF . NONE of the kids statements are admissible. Even tells the kid to quit talking but continues to talk to him ? I got some major major problems with this .
People milling around ? Spectators ? Does not act like their may be another shooter out there ? Just assumed he had the only shooter ?

Since the coppers admitted they knew about it, maybe the vest was provided protection in case someone else was packing and shot him.
