I got burned why i bought crypto back in Dec/Jan... been holding ever since. I was thinking of buying a little more $200 worth ... should i wait a little longer?

I have lots of coins currently worth around 3k but i can only afford about $100-$200 per month. Unfortunately i have just bought when the cash was available in the past.. i want to be a bit more savvy and buy low.. now seems like e good time. I won't touch Tron but ETN and XRB are in my sights.
